Ask a Research Question

Peninsula CLAHRC is committed to identifying priority clinical research questions that can bring the best of our university research expertise to the benefit of patient care. We are interested in hearing all ideas from clinicians, managers and people using the health service in the South West Peninsula. We will consider all ideas posted and prioritise the best for action.

We anticipate that the process of Engagement by Design will generate more questions than can be addressed. We will use an explicit prioritisation system based on:

a) The prevalence/incidence, health and resource impact of the problem from a local and national perspective.
b) The potential for health gain.
c) The tractability of the research question.
d) The appropriateness of the local environment to address the question.
e) Alignment with priority set by NHS Southwest
