Dr Paolo Landa

Kath Maguire

Paolo Landa joined the health economics research group and PenCLAHRC in February 2016.  His current work focuses on cost evaluation and qualitative methods applied to the Neonatal unit organization in UK (NeoNET), and Cost effectiveness and outcome evaluation of Rehabilitation Training after stroke (Re-Train).

His backgrounds are mainly Health Economics, Health Technology Assessment and Operations Research Applied to Health Care. Paolo's main research interests are Qualitative and quantitative methods applied to Health Care, Cost-Effectiveness Analysis and Health Technology Assessment, Simulation (Discrete-Events, Agent Based and System Dynamics), Operations Research Applied to Health Care, Optimization and Stochastic programming
