Professor Vicki Goodwin MBE

Kath Maguire

Vicki is a clinical-academic physiotherapist, specialising in the care of older people, in particular falls, fractures and frailty. She is Associate Professor of Ageing and Rehabilitation at the University of Exeter and Honorary Physiotherapist with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. In 2015 she was made a Fellow of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy for ‘significant contribution to the development of services for older people and contribution to the advancement of the physiotherapy profession’. She was made an MBE in the 2017 New Year Honours for services to physiotherapy.
 

Vicki is the NIHR Training Lead for PenCLAHRC.
