Book directly from our Eventbrite page, or by selecting from the dates listed below.
- Appointments take place remotely, via MS Teams. If you don’t have access to Teams, please contact us at penarc@exeter.ac.uk to discuss alternative options.
- Where possible, appointments will remain bookable until 48 hours before the clinic begins, although we will sometimes need to close the booking system earlier.
- Booking links from this webpage may not always work on a mobile phone. If you encounter this problem, please try booking directly from our Eventbrite page.
- We will normally send you a calendar invite for your booked slot with the meeting link 1-2 days before your appointment. If you are booking well in advance, we recommend making a note of the time in your calendar yourself in order to avoid any later diary clashes.
Please note:
- The clinics are specifically aimed at colleagues working on a systematic review. Appointments are often in high demand, with some people having to wait several weeks to attend. If you need advice on literature searching, but are not planning to do a systematic review, please see our Frequently Asked Questions for alternative sources of help.
- The time of your appointment will be the the half-hour slot(s) you selected when booking. This will be shown on your confirmation email from Eventbrite as the “ticket type”, e.g.” Session 1: 11:30 – 12:00″. The PenARC website and Eventbrite pages display the overall clinic duration, which is likely to be different from your booked appointment time.
- Fair usage policy: you may book a maximum of 2 timeslots per clinic. Please only book a double appointment if you need advice from both a reviewer and an information specialist at the same time. You can always book another slot at a later clinic if you need to.
- If you make an appointment and later find that you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible in order to free up the space for others. You can either email us, or cancel your appointment on Eventbrite if you have an account. Serial non-attenders who don’t make contact regarding their missed appointments will be barred from attending future clinics.
