Biography
After joining PenCHORD in 2014, my role focussed on applying operational research methods to help with the understanding and improvement of healthcare service provision. Another aspect of my role was to understand how we can evaluate the relationship between the healthcare professional and the researcher to enhance the successful implementation of research outputs. In September 2023 I started a new role with the Dartington Service Design Lab, but keep close ties to the PenCHORD team.
